She is quite the amazing doula . She kept me calm the whole time and helped me cope with my pain levels! She was fantastic. She wrote down some of my funniest things I had said that I honestly don't even remember saying! She kept the room cool calm and collective and did breathing techniques with me. She kept a positive atmosphere and kept me focused on other stuff rather than the pain and we listened to blink 182 to calm my nerves too. She had me do techniques. On the yoga ball and she had me stretch over the sink while she rubbed my back with tennis balls. She took me on walks and we talked about how exciting it would be to meet kaleb for the first time ever. Ultimatly j had a c section but she was there with open arms to meet him when I came out of the emergency room. She was such a great support
